Delivering Delicious Vegetables
We grow mainly tomatoes in Yamato Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, located at the southern foot of Mt. Aso. In 2015, I retired early from the Kumamoto Prefectural Office and started farming as the seventh generation of a farming family. Although there are still many things I do not know about agriculture, I am committed to farming with the single-minded desire to produce vegetables that will please our customers. The "梶原耕藝(Kajiwara Kougei)" word "耕(Kou)" means cultivation, and "藝(Gei)" means planting or cultivating plants. We express our desire to deliver delicious vegetables to our customers.
PHILOSOPHY
Appreciate nature's blessings,
aspire to personal growth,
and deliver health and happiness
to our customers.
Yamato Town is a highland area at an altitude of about 600 meters high. We are thankful that the vegetables we grow are grown in a cool climate and in a difference in temperature between cold and hot. While continuing to improve myself day by day, I will continue to deliver "health and happiness" to our customers, which are more than just vegetables.
